摘要
对3000kN板材充液成形液压机进行了有限元分析。通过模拟,分别对主机及超高压液室施加满负载,以获得机器在满负载工作条件下的可靠性数据,为产品的后续开发提供依据。
A finite element analysis for the 3000kN sheet hydroforming machine has been conducted in the text. Through simulation, the reliable data have been achieved by simulating the main frame and super high pressure hydro-chamber under full-load conditions, which provides reference to the next-step development.
