摘要
概述了缸梁一体式压力机的结构、原理和特点。分析了51.9MN主机上球冠的弹性位移,在不考虑机身或立柱弹性变形的前提下,上球冠变形的数量级为1mm左右,与同吨位传统三梁四柱式液压机的变形数量级相当。文章以10.5MN主机为对象,采用有限元方法,分析并获得了主机结构的应力分布,提出了改进结构设计的思路。
The structure, principle and properties of the hydraulic press with unity of cylinder and beam (HPUCB) have been introduced. The elastic deformation of the upper semi-spherical shell of the 51.9MN HPUCB has been analyzed. Without the consideration of elongation of the frame or column, the magnitude of deformation is about lmm, which is similar to the traditional hydraulic press with three-beam and four-column structure. Taking the structure of the 10.5MN HPUCB as an example in the text, the stress distribution has been analyzed and obtained by use of FEM. The idea to improve the structure has been put forward.
