设备维修的新模式——设备门诊/设备急诊模式探讨

New mode of machine repair——machine clinic/emergency diagnosis

设备系统与人体系统有很多相似之处,人体所具有的功能器官在设备上几乎都能找出对应的功能器件,人在寿命期内会生病,设备在寿命周期内也会"生病",这就是设备故障;人生病可以在人类医院得到救治,设备发生故障也应可以在"设备医院"得到诊治,设备维修门诊/急诊模式就是一套仿医院医疗体系的设备医院诊治模式。

There is so much similar between equipment and human system. Human beings may get disease when he is alive, so does the machine. People would go to hospital for help once he is sick. The same idea that the machine should be sent to ＂equipment hospital＂ when it has error has been put forward. The emergency diagnosis of machine is a new mode which imitates the human hospital diagnosis system.
