摘要
通过在Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机上进行等温压缩试验,研究了变形工艺参数对节镍奥氏体不锈钢J4动态再结晶行为的影响。结果表明,应变率越小、变形温度越高、应变量越大,J4钢越易发生动态再结晶。J4钢在ε觶<0.1s-1、T≥950℃和ε觶=0.1s-1、T>1200℃时,将发生动态再结晶。在ε觶=0.1s-1、T=950℃~1200℃时,只能发生动态回复。其动态再结晶峰值应变εp≥0.12、稳态应变εs≥0.4。
The influence of deformation process parameters on dynamic re-crystallization of J4 low nickel austenite stainless steel has been investigated by isothermal compression test on Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator. The results show that the dynamic re-crystallization rate of J4 steel increases with smaller strain rate and bigger deformation temperature and strain. Dynamic re-crystallization of J4 steel occurs at the following conditions of deformation: 〈0. 1s^ -1, T ≥ 950℃ and =0. ls -1, T 〉 1200℃ . Only dynamic recovery occurs at strain rate of 0. 1s^-1 and T=950℃- 1200℃. The dynamic re-crystallization strain fell in the range εp≥0.12 and εs≥0.4.
