摘要
利益驱动下,公交公司采用车辆运营收益与司乘人员收入挂钩的策略。调查分析结果显示,简单地将车辆运营收益与司乘人员收入挂钩不一定能够获得公司总收益增加的期望结果,可能更多地导致的是公司服务质量的降低。
This paper discusses the influence of bus earnings related pay strategy on bus operation. Under bus earnings related pay strategy, the driver's bonus depends on his bus earnings. The research result demonstrates that maybe the companies cannot increase their income by simply using bus earnings related pay to the company's drivers without other related strategies. And such strategy maybe leads to undesirable result, that is, the service quality decline.
