浅析二级管理体制下高职院校教学管理研究

Analysis of Teaching Management by the Two-level Management System in Vocational Colleges

随着高职院校两级管理的实施,学校简政放权,管理重心下移,二级学院成为学校教学管理机构的基本单位,是教学管理和运行的实体,这对二级学院来说是一个挑战。二级学院必须理清教学管理的思路,进一步提升教学管理的规范性。本文从二级学院教学管理的任务入手,通过管理方法和技巧等方面的研究,提出了规范教学管理的可行性措施。

In this article, starting from the task of two- level management, through the studying of the manners and skills, propose the feasibility measure of the teaching specification.
