The causes for short operation cycle and frequent equipment maintainance of HP ammonia pump at a high load when urea and malamine plants are in co-operation are analyzed and corresponding measures formulated to ensure a long-term operation and a reduced loss of equipment spare parts of HP ammonia pump for the realization of an economic operation at high load.
