摘要
从中国提出建设"世界一流大学"的特定性出发,对"一流"、"质量"等含义复杂的概念进行了辨析,认为功能性与竞争性的统一是"世界一流大学"概念的本质内涵,并从功能性与竞争性的背离再到统一的角度,梳理了中国"985工程"建设历程中的三种制度同形,以期为中国在特定国情和历史条件下建设世界一流大学提供一些参考。
this article mainly discriminated on the concepts of quality and top on their Sino background , and draw a conclusion that function and competition are two sides of a modem world class university, by study on the three phase of 985 Projects when function and competition had been separated and then consolidated to form Sino world class universities.
