摘要
有的导师能指导出若干篇全国优秀博士学位论文,除了全国优秀博士学位论文获得者自身努力和外在条件的有力支持外,全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师的素质优势是一个非常重要的因素。以培养3位及以上全国优秀博士学位论文获得者的32位导师群体为样本,通过对其学历荣誉、学科背景、学术履历、工作经历、科研成果、获奖情况等几个重要指标的调查,分析了全国优秀博士学位论文指导教师的素质优势及特征,并对进一步提高我国研究生导师队伍的整体素质提出了政策建议。
Some instructors can bring up successfully several winners of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation. The quality of the instructors for the National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation guidance is a very important advantage factor in addition to the students' own efforts and the strong support of external conditions. To survey 32 instructors as group samples for three or more winners of National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation through several important indicators including their academic honors, academic background, academic qualifications, work experience, research, awards and analysis quality advantages and characteristics of the above instructors and put forward some policy recommendations to improve further the overall quality of graduate student instructors in China.
