基于雷达图法的高校学位点监控机制之构建

Construction of Degree-program Monitoring Mechanism Basing on Radar Chart

加强学位点监控是构建并完善学科建设管理机制的重要内容。当前因学位授权点数量多、工作量大、耗时长等原因使得中央和地方政府以及高校对学位授权点缺乏有效的监控。将雷达图法应用于学位授权点监控,对学位授权点师资队伍、科学研究、人才培养、基地建设、学术交流、服务社会等指标细化并量化,选取国家最低标准、同类学科平均水平、同类学科最高水平分别确定雷达图法中的三个同心圆,将静态分析与动态分析相结合,并通过具体案例对这一方法进行了应用研究。

Strengthen the monitoring of degree programs is the important content of disciplines construction. The government and universities are lack of effective monitoring to degree-program because of too big number of degree programs, too heavy work load, too long time-consuming and other reasons. Radar chart is applied to monitoring of degree-program in this article. According to this method, we refined and quantified the indicators such as faculty research, personnel training, base construction, academic exchanges, social services and others, selected the national minimum standards, the average level and highest level of similar disciplines to identify the radar chart three concentric circles. Then we combined the static analysis and dynamic analysis, and used casestudy to make this method to applied research.
