摘要
浙江万里学院确立了"以生为本"的办学理念,通过以协同创新为特征的系列组织体制变革,为人才培养模式创新提供了有效平台;从管理到治理的内部运行机制转型,为人才培养模式创新提供了组织保障。
Zhejiang wanly university established the school running concept of "student oriented", through series of organizational system reform which is characterized by collaborative innovation, it provides efficient platform to the innovation of talents training model; by the transformation from administration to the government of the internal operation mechanism, it provides organizational safeguard to the innovation of talents training model.
