摘要 20世纪80年代后期,我国中小学教科书制度由国定制转变为审定制,教科书在统一基本要求的前提下开始走向多样化。在原国家教委的统筹规划下,产生了"八套半"义务教育教科书。总体来看,"八套半"教科书具有全新的编辑思想,多元的编辑队伍,科学、合理的教学设计和教学内容,灵活多样的编写形式等特点,对推进义务教育、提高全民族素质起到了重要的推动作用。 In the late 1980s, China's system of primary and secondary school textbooks changed from the State standardization into an accreditation system, with the unified basic requirements but diversified forms. In accordance with the overall planning by the former State Education Commission, the" Eight and Half Sets" of textbooks under compulsory education came into being. Overall, these textbooks, produced by excellent editors, best embodied the new ideas, characterized by a scientific and rational content of instructional design and teaching. They have played an important role in the promotion of compulsory education and the quality of the people.
