土荆皮水提液对4种蔬菜种子化感作用研究

Allelopathy Effects of Water Extract of Golden Larch Bark on Four Vegetable Seeds

为研究土荆皮系松科植物金钱松水提液对小白菜、生菜、五月青和绿豆4种植物种子的化感作用,通过生物测定方法,分析不同浓度的土荆皮水提液对4种受体种子的萌发、胚根生长及幼苗生长的化感作用.实验结果表明:不同浓度的土荆皮水提液对4种受体植物种子的萌发、胚根生长和幼苗生长均表现出明显的抑制作用;而且随着土荆皮水提液浓度的升高,其化感抑制作用越强,呈现出明显的浓度效应关系,土荆皮对草本植物的生长有抑制作用.

To study of allelopathy effects of different water extracts from golden larch bark on four plant seeds,including Brassica chinensis L,Lactuca sativa L,Brassica campestris L,and Phaseolus radiates L,method of bioassay was used to study allelopathy effects of different concentrations of water extracts from golden larch bark on the sprouting,the growing of radicle and seedling of the four seeds respectively.The results indicate that different concentrations of water extracts from golden larch bark all inhibits the germination,redicule growth and seeding growth.The allelopathy effect becomes stronger with the increasing concentration of the extracts and the water extracts from golden larch bark has inhibitory effect on the growth of herbages.
