摘要
采用紫外分光光度法研究叶绿酸的热稳定性和光稳定性.实验结果表明:叶绿酸随着温度的升高,热稳定性变差;在阳光下照射,随照射时间的增加,稳定性变差;在室内光和避光条件下稳定性较好.
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to study thermal stability and light stability of chlorophyllin.The findings show that with the increase of temperature,thermal stability of chlorophyllin becomes poorer.With the increase of irradiation time of sunshine,the stability becomes worse.The stability is good with indoor light and avoiding light conditions.
