摘要
从当前市场环境视角入手,阐述建筑行业施工企业开展合同管理的必要性和特殊性,分析了当前施工企业合同管理工作中普遍存在的问题,如企业法律意识淡薄,合同管理体系和制度不健全,合同执行流于形式等.通过分析,详细探讨了建筑行业施工企业实施有效合同管理的关键环节,如合同管理体系的建立,推行项目管理模式,优化施工组织设计,规避合同风险,强化分包管理等,还着重分析了在当前工程量清单计价模式下,如何将计价规范贯彻于合同管理过程中,以强化风险意识,切实规避风险.
From the perspective of current market economy environment,the necessity and specificity of the contract management for construction enterprises were elaborated.Common problems of contract management lie in construction enterprises were analyzed,such as poor legal consciousness,unsound contract management setup and the system,formalized contract execution,etc.Based on the above analysis,some key points for implementing effective contract management in construction enterprises were discussed in detail,such as the establishment of contract management setup,promoting project management,optimizing the design of construction organizations,avoiding contract risk,strengthening sub-management,etc.Some aspects were focused on,such as how to infiltrate valuation norms into the process of contract management,reinforce risk consciousness and practically evade risk in the current valuation model of Bill of Quantities.
