To summarize the key points of arrachement care of third molar whose growth impeded by mandible,clinical care of 56 sufferers who have taken the operation was discussed.The findings show that care is very important after the arrachement.The patients should cooperate with doctors,doctors should pay attention to the relief of the pains and mental care for the patients will be given attention.It is concluded that good care of nurses plays a positive important role in the arrachement and the relief of the pains.
