5A06铝镁合金管在空气中焊接时极易氧化,与氧结合生成致密结实的氧化铝(Al2O3)薄膜,焊接过程中,氧化铝薄膜会阻碍金属之间的良好结合,易形成夹渣。针对这个特性,在焊接试验的基础上,分析了铝镁合金管焊接时对气孔的敏感性,为减少焊接缺陷的生成,施焊前做好充分焊前准备,处理焊材、焊丝表面,提高保护气体纯度,预热焊接试件及焊丝。通过焊接试验对比分析,采用合理的焊接工艺参数可保证铝镁合金管焊接质量。
During welding, the aluminium-magnesium alloy pipe is easy to be oxidized in the air, it can create dense solid Al2O3 film in contact with oxygen, and the Al2O3 film will prevent metals to be good combination, so it is easy to cause inclusions. Based on welding tests, it analyzed the sensitivity to gas pocket while aluminium-magnesium alloy pipe welding. In order to reduce welding defects, much more preparation works should be done before welding, such as dealing with the surfaces of welding wire and consumable, improving shielded gas purity, preheating welded specimen and welding wire. Through comparison and analysis on welding tests, it is a good approach by adopting reasonable welding procedure parameters to ensure welding quality of aluminium magnesium alloy pipe.
