摘要
介绍了油气管道延性断裂止裂的能量判据和速度判据,以及确定止裂韧性值的常用方法,并重点介绍了经典的Battelle双曲线模型。海底管线由于受海洋自然环境的影响,一旦管道发生泄漏和破坏等事故,不仅影响正常的生产秩序,对环境的影响更是难以估计。针对某海底油气管道延性断裂止裂,运用Battelle研究所开发的Version 1.0软件计算出了该管线在相应的设计条件下,管道的延性断裂止裂最小CVN冲击功值,为保证海底管线安全和确定相应的技术要求提供了可靠依据。
In this article, it introduced energy criterion and speed criterion of the arrest of ductile ti'acture for oil and gas pipeline, as well as the commonly used methods to determine the value of arrest toughness, and emphasized the classical Battelle two-curve model. The subsea pipeline is affected by marine natural environment, once leakage and breakage incidents occur, it not only affect the normal production order, but also bring uncountable influence to environment. Aiming at the arrest of ductile fracture for some subsea oil and gas pipeline, using the Version 1.0 software, which developed by Battelle Research Institute, to calculate the lowest CVN impact value for the arrest of ductile fracture under relevant design condition, this will provide a reliable proof to ensure the subsea pipeline security and confirm the relevant technical requirements.
