摘要
[目的]草铵膦是一种高效非选择性除草剂,旨在研发一种成本低、三废少的草铵膦合成方法。[方法]甲基二氯化磷与异丁醇反应得到甲基次膦酸异丁酯,再与1,1-二乙酰氧基-2-丙烯在紫外光照射下,反应得到3,3-(二乙酰氧基)丙基甲基次膦酸异丁酯,然后经Strecker反应和水解得到草铵膦。[结果]路线工艺条件温和,三废较少,总收率61.7%。[结论]方法用紫外光催化反应,绿色环保,为草铵膦的工业化生产提供了一种新方法。
[Aims] Glufosinate is a highly efficient, non-selective herbicide. Consequently, a novel route to synthesize glufosinate was developed with low cost and less waste in this paper. [Methods] A mixture of 1,1-diacetoxy-2-propene and methyl-phosphinic acid monoisobutyl ester which was prepared from methylphosphorus dichloride, was stirred under ultraviolet-light to give [3,3-bis(acetyloxy)propyl] methyl-phosphinic acid isobutyl ester, and then followed by Strecker reaction and finally hydrolysis to give the glufosinate. [Results] A new and practical method for the synthesis of glufosinate, under mild conditions with less waste in 61.7% overall yield, has been developed. [Conclusions] A green and environmental route with ultraviolet-light used as catalyst provides a new method for industrial production of glufosinate.
