百草枯水剂中臭味剂——烷基吡啶的分析

Analysis Method for Alkyl Pyridine Odorant in Paraquat Aqueous Solutions

摘要 [目的]目前百草枯水剂中臭味剂的分析方法尚未见报道,随着百草枯水剂日益广泛的使用和愈发严格的市场监管,急需建立一个合适的分析方法。[方法]在碱性条件下,以甲苯为萃取剂萃取百草枯水剂中的臭味剂烷基吡啶。采用FID,HP-Innowax毛细管色谱柱,1,3,5-三甲苯为内标物,建立了气相色谱分析法。对萃取物中的3,5-二甲基吡啶、2,3-二甲基吡啶和3-乙基吡啶进行定量分析。[结果]方法的回收率在98%左右,标准偏差分别为0.0029、0.0020、0.0007,变异系数分别为0.0042%、0.0081%、0.0101%,线性相关系数均为1。[结论]该方法适用于百草枯水剂中烷基吡啶臭味剂的定量分析。 [Aims] The analysis method for the odorant in paraquat aqueous solution hasn't been reported so far. As the paraquat became applied more and more widely, and also the market regulation was increasingly strict, it is necessary to establish a suitable method. [Methods] The odorant in paraquat aqueous solutions-the alkyl pyridines, were extracted with toluene under alkaline condition and then was analyed by gas chromatography equipped with FID, HP-Innowax capillary column with mesitylene as the internal standard. Quantitative analysis of 3,5-dimethylpyridine, 2,3-dimethylpyridine and 3-ethylpyridine was carried out. [Results] The results showed that the recovery rate was about 98%, with the standard deviation being 0.0058, 0.0062 and 0.0022 respectively, accordingly the variation coefficient 0.0084, 0.0252 and 0.0324%, and all the linearity correlation coefficients being 1. [Conclusions] The method was proper for quantitative determination of the alkyl pyridines odorant in paraquat aqueous solutions.
