摘要 [目的]建立一种使用高效液相色谱测定乙烯菌核利的定量分析方法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱,使用Eclipse XDB C8色谱柱,以乙腈-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,在205 nm波长下对乙烯菌核利进行定量分析。[结果]当乙烯菌核利质量浓度在1~50 mg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.99995;标准偏差为0.122,变异系数为0.126%,平均回收率为99.63%。[结论]方法快速、准确,适用于乙烯菌核利的定量分析。 [Aims] A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of vinclozolin. [Methods] The content of active ingredient in vinclozolin was determined quantitatively by HPLC with the Eclipse XDB C8 column at UV 205 nm, and acetonitrile-water(80:20, by vol) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min. [Results] The assay exhibited a good linearity in vinclozolin concentration range from 1 to 50 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.99995. The standard deviation was 0.122, the variation coefficient was 0.126% and the average recovery was 99.63%. [Conclusions] The simple and accurate method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of vinclozolin.
