中国政府对外优惠贷款是中国对外援助的重要组成部分,充分发挥了促进受援国和中国经济社会发展的作用。优惠贷款已形成较为完善的管理与执行机制,援外资金流动模式合理,优惠贷款年度分布、地区分布、受援国收入水平等与中国对外援助理念基本相符,优惠贷款在中国对外援助中地位逐步提高,取得了较好的援助绩效。
The Chinese government's concessional loan is an important part of China's foreign aid.It plays a key role in promoting economic and social developments both at home and in the recipient country.It sees sound management and implementation mechanisms and proper capital flows.And concessional loan's distribution is compatible with China's aid philosophy and its importance in China's foreign aid is growing fast.
