摘要
目的:建立丹黄祛瘀片中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent NH2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-无水乙醇-3%磷酸(82∶10∶8),检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的线性范围分别为0.385~2.31(r=0.999 6)和0.021 8~0.239 8(r=0.999 2)μg;平均加样回收率分别为99.0%(RSD 0.85%,n=6),97.2%(RSD 1.0%,n=6)。结论:该法简便,快速,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制丹黄祛瘀片的质量。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Danhuangquyu tablets.Method:An Agilent NH2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-absolute ethyl alcohol-3% phosphoric acid(82∶10∶8),the detection wavelength was 220 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Result:Matrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.385-2.31 μg(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 99.0%,RSD 0.85%(n=6);Oxymatrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of was 0.021 8-0.239 8 μg(r=0.999 2),the average recovery was 97.2%,RSD 1.0%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,and it can be used for the quality control of Danhuangquyu tablets.
