摘要
目的:研究普通鹿蹄草Pyrola decorata全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20分子排阻色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS柱色谱以及制备HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从乙酸乙酯层和正丁醇层中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、金丝桃苷(2)、异槲皮苷(3)、槲皮素3-O-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、槲皮苷(5)、没食子酸(6)、2″-O-没食子酰基金丝桃苷(7)。结论:化合物1,3,5,6为首次从普通鹿蹄草种植物中分离得到。
Objective:To isolate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Pyrola decorata and identify their structures.Method:The constituents were isolated by chromatography methods;the structures of these compounds were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Result:Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as:quercetin(1),hyperin(2),isoquercitrin(3),quercetin-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside(4),quercitrin(5),gallic acid(6),2″-O-galloyl-heprin(7).Conclusion:Compounds 1,3,5,6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
