长株潭城市群低碳文化建设的思考

"长株潭"城市群要实现经济增长方式由高碳向低碳的转型,建设成"资源节约型、环境友好型社会"示范区,低碳文化的建设是重要环节。在两型社会建设过程中,加强低碳知识教育,树立低碳文化观念;加强低碳相关的法制建设,规范社会组织以及公众的低碳行为;加强低碳文化创新,全面实践低碳生产与低碳生活,构建低碳的城市群。

The town group of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan is built into the demonstration metropolitan area of ＂two types of economic of natural resources and friendly enviornment＂ based on the transformation from the high-carbon to low-carbon in growth of economic progress. The low-carbon culture construction is an important means. In the course of the two-type of social construction the low-carbon known-how should be strengthened and it establishes the concept of low-carbon culture anti the concerning legal education of low-carbon construction, to regulate the act of low-carbon of social organization and public masses, to innovate the low-carbon culture, to conduct the low-carbon production and living lilt and to construct the low-carbon city group.
