摘要
合成了氯化-1-乙酸基-3-甲基咪唑([Acmim]Cl)离子液体,以4%离子液体水溶液为介质均相合成了马来酰化壳聚糖NMCTS,并采用1H NMR、IR、XRD进行了结构确证。通过静态阻垢法考察了阻垢剂用量和[Ca2+]含量对马来酰化壳聚糖阻垢性能的影响。研究表明,马来酰化壳聚糖用量20mg/L,[Ca2+]≤400mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率在90%以上;马来酰化壳聚糖用量20mg/L,[Ca2+]≤1900mg/L时,对硫酸钙的阻垢率可达到100%。
The ionic liquid,1-acetyl-3-methyl-imidazolium chlorideCl was synthesized.Then maleyl chitosan(NMCTS) was prepared with a 4%water solution ofCl as the homogeneous reaction medium.The modified chitosan was charactized by 1H NMR,IR and XRD.The anti-scaling performances of NMCTS were evaluated by static scaling inhibition experiment,including the effect of NMCTS addition andlevels on the inhibition rate.The results showed that the inhibition rate to CaCO3 scale could be up to 90%when the dosage of NMCTS was 20mg/L and≤400mg/L,and the inhibition rate to CaSO4 scale could be up to 100%when the dosage of NMCTS was 20mg/L and≤1900mg/L.
