摘要
以Belousov-Zhabotinsky(B-Z)反应为化学振荡体系,研究在优化的实验条件下,稳定振荡期的某一时间点,加入甲维盐样品(在0.92~12.07mg范围内)进行扰动实验。结果表明,同一质量分数甲维盐的振幅改变值△A与样品质量m呈线性关系,相关系数在0.999以上;线性方程所成的角与质量分数ω也呈良好的线性关系。建立了B-Z振荡扰动技术测定甲维盐含量的方程A/m=tan(30.29ω+57.22)。经方法学研究表明,该方法科学、合理,符合甲维盐含量测定的要求。
On the Belousov-Zhabotinsky(BZ)oscillating chemical reaction system,under the optimized experimental conditions,the perturbation experiments were studied on one point of a stable oscillation period,when adding emamectin benzoate(in the range of 0.92~12.07mg).The results showed that the change of amplitude △A was linearly proportional to the quality m in the same mass fraction of emamectin benzoate,with the regression coefficients of 0.999,and the angle α from linear equation also had directly linearly proportional to the mass fraction ω.It was established the equation which determining emamectin benzoate relation A/m=tan(30.29ω+57.22)by perturbation technique on B-Z oscillation chemical system.The methodology study showed that the determination of emamectin benzoate was scientific,reasonable and to meet the requirements for quality standards.
