摘要
本文利用MTT(四唑盐)比色法研究了不同长径比单壁碳纳米管(c-SWNTs)对人肺腺癌(A549)细胞毒性作用,结果表明长径比不同的碳纳米管与细胞作用的初期(24 h),颗粒尺寸越大,细胞毒性越强,而随着作用时间的延长(48 h),小尺寸颗粒的毒性作用增强,颗粒尺寸越小细胞毒性越强,且所有尺寸颗粒的毒性呈现较明显的剂量-效应关系,毒性作用随剂量的增大而增强,并推测其可能的毒作用机制。
A549 cellular toxic response with respect to the different sizes of Single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)was investigated by the method of mitochondrial function(MTT)assay.Results showed larger particles have higher cytoxicity than smaller particles after exposure of 24h,while the cytoxicity damage of the smaller particle was stronger than the larger particles after 48h,and all the sizes of SWNTs has a obvious dose-effect relationship,the cytotoxicity was enhanced with the dose increasing.The Cells cytotoxicity mechanism was speculated.
