摘要
研究了马来酸酐-丙烯酸共聚物(MA-Co-AA)的微波辐射合成及其助洗性能,并与常规方法制得产品的助洗性能进行了比较。结果表明,微波辐射法合成MA-Co-AA的较佳工艺条件是:马来酸酐(MA)与丙烯酸(AA)的摩尔比为n(IA)∶n(AA)=1∶3.5,引发剂用量为单体总质量的7%,微波功率为600W,辐射时间为8min。用微波辐射法合成的MA-Co-AA的助洗性能明显优于常规合成法所制备的产品。
The microwave-assisted synthesis of maleic anhydride-acrylic copolymer(MA-co-AA)was investigated.The detergent properties were also evaluated,as well as compared with those of the copolymer synthesized via general method.Based on the experimental results,the optimal mole ratio of MA to AA under microwave irradiation was 1:3.5.In the presence of 7%ammonium per sulfate,it was irradiated at 600 W for 8 min.Under these conditions,the detergent properties of the synthesized copolymer were superior to those of the general synthesized copolymer.
