摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定硅锰合金中磷的方法。进行了样品分解试验,并考察了基体、共存元素对磷测定的影响,选择P214.914 nm为分析谱线。方法的检出限为0.003%,R2=0.9998,RSD小于2%,回收率为96.9%%~101.6%%。方法用于国际能力验证样品分析,结果满意,与国家标准方法相比,快速准确,精密度高,测定范围宽。
The method was established for determination of phosphorus in ferromanganese-silicon.by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).Sample decomposing test was carried on to inspect the influence of the base and coexisted elements on the phosphorus element,select P214.914 nm for analytical spectral lines.The detection limit of this method is 0.003%;and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9998,and the relative standard deviation are less than 2%,and the recovery is from 96.9%to101.6%. The method has been applied to the samples analysis of international ability validation and results are satisfactory This method is fast and accurate,high accuracy,determining range wide compared with national standard method,
