Research on the Reformation of the US Army Equipment Acquisition Personnel

装备采办队伍是装备采办活动的主体，其能力素质的高低，直接影响装备采办质量和国防经济效益。为加强装备采办队伍培养，近年来美军不断完善装备采办队伍培养体系和法规制度建设。分析美国武器装备采办队伍的人员规模与构成，研究美军加强装备采办队伍建设的举措，为健全我军装备采办人才队伍，发展装备采办力量提供一定参考和借鉴。

Equipment acquisition personnel is the principal part engaged in equipment acquisition activities. Their capability and quality have an effect on acquisition quality and defense economic benefits directly. To strengthen the cultivation of equipment acquisition personnel, the US Army has continually improved the training system and the regulation construction and actively explored new cultivation mode, and has formed advanced management methods. This paper analyzes the measures that strengthen the development of the US Army equipment acquisition personnel, which will offer some useful references to build and improve our own equipment acquisition personnel.
