摘要
分析了天地基测控资源的特点和高中低轨道航天器测控需求,以任务可能开始时刻作为调度决策变量;考虑了航天器用户方和测控设备管理方的测控要求,以最大化测控任务满足率和测控设备利用率加权和为调度目标,建立了天地基测控资源调度模型;采用了基于拉格朗日松弛算法的调度策略。仿真结果表明,模型及算法对解决天地基测控资源调度问题是可行的。
The performance of TT&C resources of tracking and data relay satellite system (TDRSS) and ground stations and the TT&C requirement of high and middle and low orbit spacecraft are analyzed, and the possible begin time of task is adopted as decision variable of scheduling. The TT^C demand of spacecraft user and TT&C equipment manager are considered, with the scheduling objective of maximizing the weight summation of TT&C task satisfaction rate and TT&C equipment utilization rate, the scheduling model of TT&C resources of TDRSS and ground stations is established; and then the scheduling strategy based lagrangian relaxation algorithm is adopted. Simulation result demonstrates that the model and algorithm are feasible for solving TT&C resources of TDRSS and ground stations scheduling problem.
