摘要
为解决大型排队过程中等待时间长、顾客满意度低的问题,提出了一种多目标解决方法:该方法是一种面向排队者的增值服务,运用交叉销售和动态规划理论,建立了多项目策略模型,例证研究表明,多目标策略能有效提高排队者的满意度,增加企业的利润。
A multi-project strategy was proposed to solve the long waiting time and the low customer satisfaction in a large queue, which is a new kind of value-added service provided for customers. A model of multi-project strategy was built by principle of the cross-selling and dynamic programming. The results show that this method can efficiently raise the customer satisfaction and increase the business profit.
