肠黏膜机械屏障是肠黏膜屏障中最重要的一环,其功能和作用机制日益受到消化界专家的重视。现通过大量查阅国内外文献,对肠道黏膜机械屏障的主要保护作用,及其在严重创伤、感染、休克、烧伤、大出血、大量使用抗生素、持续全胃肠外营养、低蛋白血症等相关因素影响的状态下,出现的一系列损伤因素及机制进行总结,可为进一步研究肠道疾病的诊疗提供部分依据。

Intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier is the most important barrier of intestinal mucosal barrier, many digestive scienists attach much importance to it＇s function and mechanism. Many reseach found the protection of intestinal mucosal mechanical barrier,summarize a series of damage factors and mechanism under these conditions, such as serious injury, infection, shock, burns, massive haemorrhage, using much antibiotics, total parenteral nutrition and low protein status, etc.. All these can provide some foundation for the research of intestinal disease.
