摘要 RNA干扰(RNAi)是一种在动植物中广泛存在的通过双链RNA(dsRNA)分子在mRNA水平上诱导特异性序列基因沉默的过程。随着对RNAi研究的不断深入,其作用机制的逐步阐明,RNAi技术也日趋完善和成熟,作为一种新型研究工具已广泛应用于医学领域中,尤其在恶性肿瘤的研究中作用显著,有望成为攻克肿瘤、病毒性疾病及遗传性疾病的新手段。现就RNAi技术应用于妇科肿瘤的研究与治疗进行综述。 RNA interference(RNAi) is a post transportational gene silencing induced by introduction of double-strand RNA homologous to the target gene in animals and plants. With the deepening study of RNAi technology,its mechanism is being clarified gradually. RNAi technology is also becoming more perfect and mature. As a useful research technique, RNAi has been widely applied in the field of medicine, especially affects obviously in the field of malignant tumor research. It is a promising technique in fighting tumors, viral infection and inherited diseases. Here is to provide a review on the latest progress and the application of RNAi technology on gynecologic malignant tumor.
