宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,由于其癌前病变具有较长的持续期,加之宫颈为易暴露器官,故对宫颈进行疾病筛查能及早发现癌前病变并阻止其发展为宫颈癌。在日常医疗工作中,医师往往对育龄妇女重视有加,而对妊娠及绝经后妇女等特殊人群重视不足。现针对不同的人群,将宫颈癌筛查的必要性以及方法进行综述。

Cervical cancer is one of the commonest gynecologic malignant tumors. Screening among population is an important method to detect cervical intraepithelial noeplasia（CIN） in early stage and to block its occurrence and development, because CIN has long-period and cervix is an easily exposed organ. In daily medical work, clinical doetors often pay attention to child-bearing age women but overlooking pergnance and post-menopause women. Here is to make a review on cervical cancer screening＇s necessity and methods of different women groups.
