摘要
耳道耳甲成形术是开放式乳突手术术腔处理的主要技术之一,已广泛应用在开放式乳突手术中,对乳突手术效果起着重要作用。其理论基础是Portmann定律,即皮肤上皮是否健康与皮肤表面的气流量和接触气流的皮肤面积这一比值有关;其术式设计方法多种多样;它最早用于治疗外耳道狭窄或闭锁,现在主要用作开放式乳突手术的配套手术;其并发症少见。
Meatoplasty and conchiplasty is one of the main technologies for treating operative cavity during open mastoidectomy. It plays an important role in the surgical resuhs and is widely applied in open mastoidectomy. Its theoretical basis is Partmann ＇ s formula, i. e. whether epithelium of skin is healthy depends on the ratio of the airflow quantity over the skin and the surface area of the skin ; it has various operation designs and few complications, and is firstly applied to treat the stenosis or atresia of the external auditory meatus, while these days mainly applied as an auxiliary operation during open mastoidectomy.
