以急性呼吸窘迫综合征为首发病症的获得性免疫缺陷综合征合并卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的临床分析

Clinicial Analysis of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome Complicated with Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Taken as First Symptoms

目的探讨以急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)为首发病症的获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)合并卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(PCP)患者的诊断及治疗。方法对我院呼吸内科2008年7月至2011年5月确诊的AIDS合并PCP患者中以ARDS为首发症状的35例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 35例ARDS患者来院时病情危重,诊断为AIDS合并PCP,综合治疗2周,病情得到明显缓解,无一例死亡。结论 ARDS的病因多种多样,患者病情危重,及时地予以氧疗,呼吸支持,及早地寻找病因,利于早期采取有效的病因治疗,提高ARDS的抢救成功率,挽救患者生命。

Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（ARDS） complicated with pneumocystis carinii pneumonia（PCP） of acute respiratory distress syndrome taken as first symptoms（AIDS）. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed of 35 patients who was diagnosed with ARDS complicated with PCP of AIDS from July 2008 to May ：2011 in our hospital. Resuits Condition of 35 patients have eased, who were diagnosed as AIDS complicated with PCP in critical condiiom when they came to hospital. Conclusion Because causes of ARDS diverse, in a critical condition, patients should be given oxygen therapy and respiratory support in time, causes should be early looked for, which would be beneficial to adopt the early effective etiological treatment and increase the successful rate in rescue of ARDS. This will save patient lives.
