摘要
科技创新人才是高新技术企业核心竞争力的重要来源,对科技创新人才的有效激励是高新技术企业获取市场竞争优势的关键。在以往对于薪酬体系与激励效应关系的研究中,学者们多是从单一层面进行的。但薪酬体系是一个多层面、多维度的建构。从薪酬战略、薪酬水平、薪酬结构、计薪方式、付薪策略5个维度,构建了科技创新人才与激励效应的关系模型。利用多个省市高新技术企业科技创新人才的调研数据,实证研究了薪酬体系结构维度对激励效应的影响作用,并提出了提升科技创新人才薪酬体系激励效应的相关策略。
Science and technology innovation talents is high-tech the core competitiveness of enterprises an important source of technological innovation,talents of effective incentive is high and new technology enterprise to get market competitive advantage of the key.People usually research the relationship between compensation system and incentive efficiency from single level structure.But compensation system has a multi-level and multi-dimensional structure.This article used the research data of technological innovation talents in High-tech enterprises from several provinces,applied the approach of structural equation model,and studied the influence of structural dimensions of compensation system on incentive efficiency.The results showed that structural dimensions of compensation system have a significantly positive effect on incentive efficiency.
