摘要
当代新闻传播学只是把新闻欲当作一个理所当然的前提来论述,而对人类新闻欲的真正本质却缺乏深刻的认识。新闻欲将情感、兴趣、需要居于中心地位,规定和表达着新闻价值的基础和本质,它实现了与人性本质的贴近。人类新闻欲的无限多样性,新闻欲满足的依次递升性,新闻欲程度的有限和反复再现性以及满足新闻欲的对象的可替代性等重要特性,使它成为人类新闻传播行为发生的基本动力,同样也成为对人类新闻传播行为进行经济学理论分析的基础。认识新闻价值和传媒经济必须认识新闻欲,新闻欲是新闻价值和传媒经济的前提和基础。因此,对新闻欲研究的日渐式微并不能否定它是任何一种新闻传播理论都绕不过去的基本问题。
Contemporary journalism and communication regards news desires as the premise just as a matter of course, while lacking a deep understanding on the true nature of the human' news desires. News desires which put wishing and emotions and interests in the heart of journalism express the basis and the nature of news value, which achieve close to the nature of humanity. The infinite diversity of news desires of human beings, the ascending of meeting news desires, the limited degree and repeated reproducibility and irreplaceable objects and so important features of news desires make it the basic dynamic of the occurrence of human journalism behavior. At the same time, these features make it the foundation of economic analysis of the communication behavior. Understanding news values and media economic must realize news desires, because the news desires are the premise and basis of the media economy and the news value. Therefore, the decline of news desires study does not deny that it is the basic problem that any kind of journalism and communication theory can not past around.
