摘要
探讨碱预处理对丝胶蛋白氧化棉织物断裂强力和折皱性的影响。将自制的二醛棉织物和二醛碱化棉织物分别进行了丝胶处理,比较了两种织物在不同氧化条件下的醛基含量和丝胶处理后的增重率、断裂强力及折皱回复性。研究表明,随着氧化剂浓度的增加,氧化棉织物的醛基含量不断增加,使得丝胶蛋白与棉的结合量逐渐提高,丝胶蛋白棉织物抗皱性也随之增加,但氧化程度的增加使其力学性能不断下降。指出:通过引入碱预处理可有效提高氧化棉织物的醛基含量,使其与丝胶蛋白的结合量进一步增加,丝胶蛋白棉织物抗皱性得到较大幅度提高,同时氧化所致的织物断裂强力损失也可得到减缓。
Effect of alkali pretreatment on breaking strength and crease resistance of sericin oxidation proteomic cotton fabric were discussed. Sericin treatment was done on self-made dialdehyde cotton fabric and dialdehyde cotton fabric alkalization separately. In different oxidation conditions aldehyde contents of the two fabrics were contrasted as well as weight gain,breaking strength and crease resistance after sericin treatment. The research shows as oxidant concentration was increased, aldehyde content of oxidation cotton fabric was increased continuously,binding capacity of sericin and cotton was increased gradually, crease resistance of seriein cotton fabric,but the fhbrie mechanical properties was reduced as oxidant degree increase. It is pointed out that aldehyde contents of oxidant cotton fabric can be increased obviously by alkali treatment, the binding capacity can be increased further, the crease resistance can be increased greatly, fabric breaking strength loss caused by oxidant can be reduced.
