At the current,Grease and Italy have getting into the government debt crisis.It reflects directly the economic dilemma of these countries,and also threatens the stable position of euro while world economy has no recover from the financial crisis,and pulls down economy of euro area.European Central Bank and international financial organizations feel deeply pain for it.The conditions have many reasons.Here the paper will inquiry into the causes of the government debt crisis of these countries,and analysis on its effects（especially its effects on China economy） and its solution,and get a reference for recognizing the situation of world economy clearly.
