摘要
指挥控制(C2)组织的设计与应用是实现网络中心战的核心技术之一。从分析传统C2组织难以满足未来网络化作战的需求出发,提出了网络化条件下C2组织的设计需求和应用需求,详细描述了网络化作战C2组织设计的设计流程以及组织应用中的关键技术,最后归纳出网络化作战C2组织设计与应用研究的整体框架。
The design of networked Command and Control（ C^2） organization is one of the key technologies for the realization of Network Centric Warfare （NCW）. satisfy the requirements of networked C^2 in the future design and application in the condition of networking The fact that the traditional C^2 organization can not is analyzed, and the requirement of C^2 organization are presented. The design flow of the organization design and the critical technologies of the organization application are depicted in detail. At last, the framework of C^2 organization design and application research is concluded.
