摘要
钒是生产钼酸铵过程中的一种杂质,钒含量过高会导致生产的钼酸铵晶体颜色发黄,直接影响钼酸铵的纯度和它的使用价值。在钼酸铵溶液中,钒主要以钒酸铵的形式成在,它能与强碱性阴离子树脂发生离子交换,此类型树脂是钒工业生产钒的主要工具,也是其他冶金过程中用来除掉钒作为杂质的工具。在钼冶金过程中,如果能够把钒提出来,即提高了钒的使用价值,也能够对资源充分利用。本实验用镍钼矿为贵州毕节纳雍水东地区矿作为原料。钒含量约为0.05%。
