利用高钠Al(OH)_3原料降温煅烧制备α-Al_2O_3粉体的研究

摘要 以含钠质量百分比高达2.5%~3%的Al(OH)3为原料,通过添加除钠剂进行除钠,并结合氢氧化铝的差热-热重曲线,根据氧化铝相变机理来确定合理的烧结制度,同时研究了α-Al2O3晶种以及降温催化剂在氢氧化铝烧结过程中促进氧化铝相变、降低α-Al2O3的相变温度的幅度及其机理。 The Al(OH)3 material with sodium from 2.5% to 3% was used. The agent of reducing sodium was added. According m the mechanism of alumina phase change and the DTA-TG curve, a reasonable sintering system was determined. What's more, the range and mechanism of α-Al2O3 seed and hypothermia catalyst for promoting Al2O3 phase transformating and lowering α-Al2O3 phase transition temperature during sintering process were studied.
