摘要
测定溶液中氨含量的方法是通过测氮的含量换算出来的,通常是在无干扰的情况下测定。当体系中存在大量的重金属离子时,就不能直接测定氮的含量,需要消除干扰才能测定,文章研究并建立了一种在ZnSO4体系溶液中测定氨含量的方法,方法以EDTA作为络合剂掩蔽重金属离子后,以甲醛法对氨含量进行测定。实验表明,加标回收率为92.3-102.5%,相对标准偏差在2.18~4.39%之间。

When in the system has the massive heavy metal ion, cannot the immediate determinant nitrogen content, need the interference elimination to be able to determine, This article studied and establishes one kind to determine the ammonia content in the ZnSO4 system solution the method, the method after EDTA took the complexing agent concealed heavy metal ion, carried on the determination by the formaldehyde law to the ammonia content. Experiments show that the recovery was 92.3-102.5% with relative standard deviation of 2.18-4.39%, respectively.
