降低长坡选矿厂全浮硫化矿中锡损失的试验研究

Experimental study on reducing the loss of cassiterite in bulk flotation sulfides in Changpo plant

针对长坡选矿厂在全浮流程中添加大量药剂回收硫化矿,细粒、微细粒锡石易损失于全浮硫化矿中的特点,采用组合抑制剂BY-6抑制锡石,降低锡损失,使损失于全浮硫化矿中的锡石含量仅为13.48%。

In Changpo plant, amounts of agents were used to recover sulfides, which led to some fine or ultra-fme cassiterites loss in bulk flotation sulfides. In order to solve this problem, a combined depressant named BY-6 was adopted. The results showed the loss of fine or ultra-fine cassiterites could be effectively controlled and the mass ratio of cassiterite in bulk flotation sulfides was only 14.48%.
