基于PC箱梁桥竖向预应力振动测试法的施工关键技术

摘要 为阐述精扎螺纹钢筋竖向预应力体系的可靠性,介绍了箱梁桥竖向预应力振动测试方法的操作流程,及其在30余座大跨度PC箱梁桥中的基本应用情况.通过应用箱梁桥竖向预应力振动测试方法指导现场施工的成功实践,总结了影响竖向预应力张拉质量的具体施工技术要点,对于精扎螺纹钢筋竖向预应力体系施工质量的监督与控制具有指导意义,同时证明了精扎螺纹钢筋应用于大跨度PC箱梁桥竖向预应力体系的可靠性. The paper presents all operation procedures of a vibration testing method for effective tension in box-girder bridge,as well as its application situation in more than thirty long-span PC box-girder bridges,by which it totally summarizes all detailed key points of construction technology for tension quality.And all the key points have been succesfully used to control the construction quality of rebar vertical prestress system.Moreover,the succesful practice of using the testing method to enhance quality reveals the reliability of rebar vertical prestress system for long-span PC box-girder bridges.
