湖南省高校教师亚健康状况及心理成因分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对湖南省416名高校教师亚健康状态进行了评价,以此分析湖南省高校教师亚健康现状及其心理成因,并探讨如何对其进行心理干预.结果表明,有64.2%的人有轻微亚健康状况;亚健康状况明显者有18.3%;有6%的人亚健康状况严重;形成亚健康状态的主要心理成因是工作压力太大,易造成心情不好、焦虑、睡眠不良等.对高校教师亚健康状况进行心理干预应从实施心理健康普查、加强心理健康和体育教育着手,让教师正视工作压力、学会高压状态下的正确应对方式,通过多种途径排减压力. A questionnaire about sub-health self-evaluation was conducted among 416 college teachers in Hunan.According to investigation results,we analyse the status quo and its psychological causes,and how to do Psychological intervention.The results show,64.2% under slight sub-heath condition,18.3% middle and 6% serious.The results indicated that the chief resason is too much work pressure,it's easy leading to bad mood,anxious,and poor sleep,etc.To conduct Psychological Intervention among them,it takes the general investigation,enhances the education of psychological health and PE as the point of departure.Correctly it treats work pressure,learns correct coping ways under high pressure,and reducing stress in various ways.
