摘要
采用紫外-可见分光光度法以牛血清白蛋白为对照品对雷丸片中的雷丸成分进行分析测定,结果发现,紫外-可见分光光度法操作简便可行,重现性好,可作为测定雷丸片中雷丸含量的方法。
The Omphalia composition of Omphalia tablet was analyzed and determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry with using bovine serum albumin as control sample. The results showed that the method of UV-vis spectrophotometry is simple and feasible with good reproducibility, and it can be used for determination Omphalia content of Omphalia tablet.
